Recommended Water Temperature
80°C – 85°C (176°F – 185°F)
Tea-to-Water Ratio
3g tea / 150ml water
Brewing Instructions
- Warm the tea cup or teapot
- Add tea leaves
- Pour a small amount of hot water to awaken the leaves
- Refill the cup with hot water
- Steep for about 30 seconds before drinking
